World of Tech Pakistan provides various IT services and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. The specific conditions for each service or product will be detailed in the respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.

We aim to ensure 99.9% uptime for our SaaS products, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance periods will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

5. Payment and Billing

For paid services and subscriptions, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Pricing for services is subject to change. In the event of a price increase, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall World of Tech Pakistan, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website whether such liability is under contract. World of Tech Pakistan, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent World of Tech Pakistan from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

World of Tech Pakistan is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Karachi for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
